If you encounter issues such as non-payment or unsafe working conditions, you can report them to Subcontractee’s support team, and we’ll take appropriate action.
While Subcontractee simplifies the process of connecting with employers, we cannot guarantee employment as it depends on job availability, your qualifications and is ultimately the employers decision.

Click on “Sign Up” on the homepage, select the “Employer” option, and fill in the form with your company details and hiring requirements.
For employers, the platform is free for the first 6 months from our launch on 10/01/2025, giving you the opportunity to maximise your job postings’ visibility and connect with top talent. After this introductory period, a nominal fee of £19.95 per month will apply to maintain access to our platform and talent.
Post a job listing with detailed requirements such as the project scope and pay for the role. Interested workers will apply, and you can review their profiles before making a decision.
Yes, you can use our search feature to find workers that meet your criteria and contact them directly.
Subcontractee is not responsible for employee performance. However, you can leave a review on the employee profile to assist other employers.
You can post any job related to the construction industry, from temporary projects to permanent roles, including technical and administrative positions.
Subcontractee verifies employee profiles and certifications, but we recommend conducting interviews and requesting additional references.
